The circuit breakers are wired in front of the board, behind the board, plug-in type, and drawer type. If there is no special requirement, the user will supply the board in front of the board. The front panel wiring is a common wiring method.

1. Post-board wiring mode: The main feature of the post-board wiring is that the circuit breaker can be replaced or repaired without having to re-wire, only the pre-stage power supply must be disconnected. Due to the special structure, the product has been configured with special mounting plates and mounting screws and terminal screws according to the design requirements. It is necessary to pay special attention to the fact that the reliability of the contact of the large-capacity circuit breaker will directly affect the normal use of the circuit breaker. Must pay attention to it and install it strictly according to the requirements of the manufacturer.

2. Plug-in wiring: On the mounting plate of the complete device, first install a circuit breaker mounting seat, 6 plugs on the mounting base, and 6 sockets on the connecting plate of the circuit breaker. There are bolts on the surface of the mounting bracket or the mounting bracket, and the power socket and load cable are connected in advance. When in use, insert the circuit breaker directly into the mount. If the circuit breaker is broken, just pull out the bad one and replace it with a good one. Its replacement time is shorter and more convenient than the front panel and the rear panel wiring. Because the insertion and extraction require a certain amount of manpower. Therefore, China's plug-in products have a frame current limit of up to 400A. This saves maintenance and replacement time. Plug-in circuit breakers should be installed to check whether the plug of the circuit breaker is tightly installed, and the circuit breaker should be securely fastened to reduce contact resistance and improve reliability.

3. Drawer type wiring: The input and output drawer of the circuit breaker is rotated clockwise or counterclockwise by the rocker, and is used in both the main circuit and the secondary circuit.
The plug-in structure omits the isolator necessary for the fixed type, and achieves the dual use of one machine, which improves the economical use, and brings great convenience to operation and maintenance, and increases safety and reliability. In particular, the main circuit contact seat of the drawer seat can be used in common with the NT type circuit breaker seat.
