Inductive Proximity Switch

The inductive proximity switch generates a high-frequency magnetic field on its front surface via its internal oscillating circuit. When there is ferrous metal close to it, ferrous metal is easily magnetized, and the process of magnetization will absorb the energy of a high-frequency magnetic field.
As the ferrous metal gets closer to the proximity switch, the higher the degree of magnetization of the metal, the more the energy of the high-frequency magnetic field will be absorbed. This results in an increased load on the oscillating circuit inside the proximity switch, and finally, the oscillating circuit decays or stops.
The detection circuit inside the proximity switch can detect changes in the state of the oscillator circuit, thereby changing the output state and changing the signal value of the proximity switch from 0 to 1.
